On any given day at Salon Brazyl there is a two-chair rotation system at most. Salon Enso is a certified Aveda concept salon. It’s fun to show clients they can add extensions or color to their hair and still maintain healthy tresses in between or there after. I love exposing women to the idea that they no longer have to be chemically dependent.
Where my most recent passion lies: I thrive off of transitioning women, from chemically straightened to wearing their own natural texture, whether blowing their curls straight, silk pressed or enhancing their natural and defined curls.

I only use the most reliable sulfate- and paraben-free products sold in the professional wholesale market. I’m also a Vidal Sassoon trained cutter and colorist and I strongly believe in continuing education and product knowledge. This expertise has helped me acquire a very loyal client base.
Over the years getting experience working interchangeably from one hair type to another within these demographics I have been afforded the opportunity and the ability to reach an expert level of working with any hair type. I am Tish Hankerson, a second generation cosmetologist, a multi- niche hair stylist and owner of Salon Brazyl- Tampa, Florida. Outside of the salon I love studying languages, spending time with family and friends and working on freelance projects sometimes commuting between Central and South Florida.
